Café Bar is our stylish café located right next to the hostel reception. We’re open every day, all year round, and during the summer months, you can also enjoy our outdoor terrace with a grill.
In the mornings, we offer a delicious all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet. Throughout the day, you can enjoy specialty coffee, refreshing hot and cold drinks, fresh pastries from our bakery, delightful homemade desserts, or tasty sandwiches.
Guests can relax and enjoy refreshments either in the seating area by the reception or on the comfortable sofas and armchairs located in our iconic hallway.
Even though the Café Bar is smaller in size it has a lot of attitude. And that's why we teamed up with Rusty Nails coffee roasters.
Not only do we love their coffee but we share the same values. At Rusty Nails they believe that coffee roasting is about philosophy. More specifically for them, it is an attitude. An attitude towards the product, the environment, and the customer himself. Their aim is to directly source and roast only the highest quality beans with a focus on sustainability and traceability.
As a micro roastery they work with small quantities that they treat with the utmost respect.

Wake up to the smell of our one of a kind filter brew or enjoy a soothing cup of organic tea to set you up for a totally rad morning... wherever you're off to.
Breakfast is different for everyone but local produce is for all. Choose from a selection of freshly baked breads, meats and dairy or jars of fruity goodness. Go hard at the design-your-own granola station, or mix up some fresh veggies with homemade made hummus.
In case of special dietary requirements please give us the heads up when checking in, because what's worse than a tasty looking breakfast you can't eat, right?
BITES AND NIBBLES
The Café Bar serves food based on our Moravian heritage and comes out as honest, straightforward and a bit rough on the edges. Although, we do like a bit of international twist as our inspiration comes from all corners of the world.
Seasonal toasts, salads, soups and small nibbles go hand in hand with our drinks menu. Both completely focused on providing quality local produce.
We respect different dietary choices so you will always find vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options on our menu.
Back in the old days our hostel used to be a military bakery... okay, to keep this story short let's just say we have expanded our services.
All our cakes are still baked right here by our baker and we always have a piece of RAW beauty in the chiller. You better grab a seat outside, because when you try our gluten free and vegan treats you'll be on your way to heaven.
