Definitely not. Even though we all love to have a great time, there's no shooters or neon face paint in sight. 

We are just over a two hour train ride away, or 3 hours by car.

Easy as.

By train: from Prague airport to the city centre: Catch the AE Airport Transfer bus to the train station (30 mins and 60CZK). We recommend taking the train to Olomouc from there and using LEO Express or Regio Jet trains (2.5 hours from around 130CZK).

You must pay before you ride. Don't get caught dodging the fare! Those inspectors guys show no mercy and will lock you up.

Pay 20 CZK from the yellow machine to get your ticket and then jump on the number 2, 3, 4 or 6 in the direction of city centre - it takes 4 minutes. Take the tram from the tram stop on the same side as the station. Make sure you stamp the ticket in the yellow box on the tram.

From the main bus station take tram number 4.

Get off at the stop called U Dómu “Oo Dooh Moo”. Walk 20 meters in direction of the tram, you’ll then see our sign on the right hand side of the street. Take the right turn and walk down the road to us. Bingo!

Say: Hello “Dobre den” to your driver

Ask for: Long Story Short hostel Koželužská “Koe zyeh loosh ska”.

Pay: 100 CZK from the train station to us.

Say: Thanks, bye “Dickie chow”. Smile and wave.

You can park with us, but we have limited spaces, so it's first comes, first parks. If our carpark is full there’s a multi-storey car park right next to us or ask the girls at recetion who will be more than happy to tell you about other near by parking possibilities.

The access to our parking spot is from the back of the hostel, so the address you want to set up in your GPS is: Dobrovského 15, Olomouc.

It will take you to a tinny alley between a park and a set of flats, into which you will turn and arrive at our back entrance where you will see our logo and plenty space to park. Be ware, it's super tinny and easy to miss! If you have any difficulties please contact us, we'll be happy to navigate.

Yep we can and you’ll also be given a map at reception.

No, but we have an in-house Café, and offer a delicious breakfast buffet instead. No more 1 minute noodles or beans on toast! All you can eat buffet of local farmers' produce freshly prepared by our chefs for 200CZK.

Hair dryers are in all private rooms and in the shared shower-rooms. The rest we have at reception.

You bet, there’s a free towel for you and soap in the bathrooms too.

A cozy made-up bed, towel, locker space, access to bathrooms and shared spaces.

Yep and it’s on secure lockdown.

Nope, Czech Koruna only (cash machine close by or pay on your card)

Even though there are stairs on both sides leading to us, the accessible entrance is through the Summer Cinema next to us. Please let us know in advance before you book so we can arrange the gate to be opened as the Summer Cinema is a seasonal business. We are sorry for the inconveniece. The whole hostel is wheelchair accessible including a luxury bathroom.

Yep and it’s good and free.

Yep we do, pass us over your smellies and we’ll hand them back just like your mama did it. (250CZK per 10KG load) 

Well, aside from being part of the old fortress wall that actually guarded the city whole 600 years ago… it’s totally safe still nowadays by modern standards too. We have electronic key cards and CCTV rollin’ 24/7.

Yep, strictly non-smoking inside - but smoking is cool outside.

We love animals, but not on our grandma's couch. All our furry friends are welcome to have a roll around in the garden.

We have 2 mixed gender dorms, 1 girls only dorm room and 9 private rooms.

If you require a confirmation of your booking for a visa application, we will require a full non-refundable prepayment. Once that is sorted, we are happy to send you a confirmation email of your booking.
